With a Degree in civil and mining engineering, Bart Doff set off to South Africa to work in the field for seven years. On returning to Sydney, Mr Doff met Spencer Simmons through Ian Hayson (developer) and in 1979 started work with first Laing + Simmons office - then in Kings Cross. By the end of 1979, he was the leading Sales Person within the Group. He started his own office Laing + Simmons Double Bay in 1980. During the past 32 years Laing + Simmons Double Bay has been the leading sales office nationally within the Corporation and he has personally been the Top Sales Person for 30 of those years. 2003-Won an award for recording over $1 Billion in personal sales over a five year period. 2004-Inaugural winner of hall of fame award. . He is a keen sportsman having represented NSW in squash. He currently enjoys golf and snow skiing and is a member of The Lakes Golf Club, Sanctuary Cove Country Club and the Royal Motor Yacht Club of NSW, Point Piper. Mr Doff's relentless eye for detail, understanding of client needs, and success at dealing with some of Sydney's most prestigious property has positioned him as the most respected and sought-after practitioners in the industry.
