I began my career in real estate in 2000, moving from a successful career in the financial markets to pursue my passion – working with people.
After graduating from Scots College in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs I completed a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Economics and Finance. In 1991, after eight years in the finance sector with Intercapital Money Brokers Pty Ltd, I changed direction to fulfil my desire to work closely with people – both with clients and the team at Laing + Simmons – and entered the family real estate business.
This provided me with the ideal opportunity to focus on my communication and negotiating skills, and since then I have established a reputation for an efficient and personable approach and developed a large and loyal base of clients who appreciate and have benefited from my marketing and negotiating skills, empathy and integrity.
In 2005 I became Principal of Laing + Simmons Double Bay and am now one of the highest income producers and auction listers in the entire Laing + Simmons Corporation.
I and my sklled team are always in touch with what’s happening in the Eastern Suburbs real estate market, personally inspecting over 90% of properties listed in Rose Bay, Vaucluse, Bellevue Hill and Darling Point.
This allows us to provide clients with an incomparable and invaluable insight into the state of the relevant market at any given time.
I am also one of the few agents in the Eastern Suburbs with a team who specialise in Customer Service, Technology and Database Management and assist clients in these areas, allowing me to dedicate my focus to the critical business of marketing, negotiation and buyer management.
