As a Licensed Real Estate Agent and passionate property enthusiast, Chantal joins the Bondi Beach sales team with a strong focus on client service and professionalism.

Since moving to Sydney over 10 years ago, Chantal has spent a vast amount of time and energy searching for and developing properties. Through her own knowledge and experience, Chantal has formed strong ties within the property and building industries, as well as local communities. Her extensive design and development experience, allows Chantal to quickly visualise both lifestyle and investment potential a property may present. This teamed with a business background and understanding of the Sydney market provides a distinct advantage to her clients.

Chantal holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and brings a wealth of experience from her business background. Chantal had a thriving career within the Technology and Pharmaceutical industries in America. Possessing a polished, extensive skill set aids in her ability to form strong client relationships, provide honest and objective advice, conduct thorough research, and apply her strategic negotiation skills.

Combining business expertise with property and renovation experience, Chantal has a comprehensive understanding of the human element as well as the Eastern Suburbs property market. As a local resident and active mother with ties to local communities and schools, she also understands the needs of families. Her strong family focus allows her to appreciate and assist with the challenges clients face when purchasing and selling property, with a family in mind.

As an expatriate herself in several cities around the world, Chantal also understands the complexities of the expatriate and can assist with the assimilation process for those new to Sydney.
